NOAAH Journey

STRUCTURAL CHANGES — ARCHITECTURAL FREEDOM, WITHOUT THE RISK (Visualise real changes before they happen)
At NOAAH, structural changes are one of the most powerful tools we offer — because you can test real architectural modifications safely, in a digital environment.
When we create your Base (The Space), we work with real-world dimensions. Any change you request is based on reality, not assumptions.
Imagine you find a beautiful set of French doors, but the size doesn’t match your wall opening. We’ll tell you — and together, we’ll decide: adjust the opening, or find alternative doors.
Or perhaps when arranging furniture, we realise that the room feels too narrow. We can test moving a wall — and advise you if such a change would be a simple adjustment or a bigger renovation task in real life.
This phase is not just about dreaming. It’s about exploring what’s truly possible.
Examples of Structural Changes You Can Explore
– Adding or removing doors and windows
– Moving, adding, or removing walls
– Creating open-plan layouts
– Designing new functional zones (e.g., ensuite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes)
– Removing existing features (like chimneys)
– Lowering floors or raising ceilings
Good to Know
Our changes are conceptual — designed to visualise your dream space.
They are based on accurate scale and proportion but are not construction documentation.
If you later decide to make structural changes during renovation, you’ll need an architect, engineer, or contractor to verify and execute them.
In short: we help you see what’s possible — before you take any real-world steps.
